Blog of the month at Expat-blog

I am so happy and so... can I say somehow proud? When sweet Julie at Expat Blog contacted me last week to tell me that my blog had been chosen to be the Blog of the Month for December I first thought it was a joke. A good old spam, or something like that. But then it seemed kind of serious and real and I was just so happy to have been chosen among all these amazing blogs on the site.

If you are interested in reading the interview I did with them, click here

For those who doesn't know this site, a little intoduction is in order. They say it well in few words on the site:

Expat blog is a project held by expatriates, for expatriates. Our ambition is to help people who want to live abroad, wherever they are in the world, and wherever they would like to live. The main idea is to make expatriates share their experience.

I think the idea behind the page is genious, it is such a great resource. They have forums, guides, blogs and it's a great way to connect with other people in the same situation as yourself and that is REALLY nice when you're all alone in a new country! They have a section for each country, and the page itself is very well arranged and user friendly. I believe it's great for tourism too, if I wanna travel somewhere I think it would be great to read an expat's tips beforehand.

And I am not the only one loving this site, it has 342341 registered users! And there is a whole total of 7126 blogs from expats all over the world, so if you are interested in reading about someone's experience abroad, take a pick!

  1. Gratulerer til deg! Skal ta turen innom og lese litt ja. Alltid kjekt å lese om flere i samme båt...

  2. Tusen takk! Du skulle kanskje registrere bloggen din der, hvis den ikke allerede er der?

  3. Det hørtes interessant ut ! Takk for tipset, og gratulerer !
